In 2009, M. Burak Altay invested in the livestock sector in Turkey with the dream and goal of setting an example for his peers in the field of quality meat production using 100% locally bred Angus. The seeds of this venture were sown with these investments. In June 2011, the restaurant came to life at their 110-year-old address in Eminönü. Initially, they used Black Angus from their own farm, and later they sourced delicious meats from their solution partners, transforming into a taste stop approved by their customers.

The price per quality is pretty good and affordable.
